Bojana Milić is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, and since 2011 is conducting doctoral research at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, supported by European Commission in the Erasmus Mundus scholarship programme. Her scientific and research interests include: leadership, organizational learning and organizational commitment. She is author or co-author of several scientific papers in the field of human resource management. She worked as a researcher in several projects financed by the Ministry of Science and Education, Republic of Serbia. Bojana Milic holds master degree in human resource management from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Serbia.
