Adnan K. Abed, a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw; Erasmus Mundus SALAM Scholarship holder, funded by the European Commission. Graduate of College of Engineering, Baghdad, Iraq (1992). From 1993 to 2008, he was involved in a variety of engineering and construction projects for the public and private sectors in Iraq. He got a master degree in Business Administration and Net Economy from Picardie Jules Vern French public university in 2009. In 2011, he received a NUFFIC scholarship funded by the Embassy of the Netherland, studied at the Maastricht School of Management, Maastricht, the Netherlands and concluded the studies with a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management. Since 2011, he is a regular contributor to National Development Programs and offers consulting in Project Management, Risk Management, Strategic Management, and Change Management.
