Graduate of SGPiS (1968), Ph.D. in economic sciencies (1972), associate professor at SGH (1989). At SGH, Chair of Innovation Management and Director of Postgraduate Studies “Economic problems of transforming the energy sector”. After having moved to the University of Nicolaus Copernicus, Torun, Chair of Investment and Innovation Process Management, and subsequently – Chair of Enterprise Development Management (until 2007). In years of 1994-2000, Rector of the Paweł Włodkowic University, Płock. Since 2007, employed as ordinary professor at Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. Since 2010, Chair of Organization Theory. Since 2012, Director of Doctoral Studies at Faculty of Management. Co-operates with National Defense University, Faculty of Management and Command. Member of Association for Public Administration Teaching (Stowarzyszenie Edukacji Administracji Publicznej), Social Responsibility Research Network, Płock Scientific Society (Towarzystwo Naukowe Płockie), Scientific Society for Organization and Management (Towarzystwo Naukowe Organizacji i Kierownictwa).
