Adrianna Jednoralska, doctoral student of TiMO, was holding a course on “Learning organizations in global and Polish contexts” at the University of Lapland in Rovaniemi, Finland. The course was targeted at master students in social sciences. During her stay in Rovaniemi, Ms. Jednoralska had an opportunity to pay a visit to Santa Claus, where she had learned about the other side of Fordism – use of assembly lines in Christmas gift manufacturing 🙂
