Aleksandra Spik, Ph.D., graduated from the Department of Management of Warsaw University. Her master thesis focused on risk management in projects supported by the European Union. Her doctoral dissertation focused on relationships between different organizational commitment profiles and organizational citizenship behaviors among employees. Aleksandra Spik graduated also from Psychology Department of Warsaw University, where she completed two specializations: Psychotherapy and Couple and Family Therapy. Her research interests are focused on the relationships between work attitudes and behaviors and individual well being. She worked as a psychotherapist specializing in individual psychodynamic therapy of adults and systematic therapy of couple and family. Author of publications concerning organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.
