Computer games in organizational training

Michał Mijal presented the outcomes of his research project on FPS games use in the organizations, conducted jointly with Oskar Szumski. The research resulted in two papers: “FPS games in the organizations” and “Computer games use in the organizational training“. The presentation was held during the annual conference “Informatics @ Future” and covered the most important issues from the research: the possibilities and limitations of first person shooter games for skills training in the organizations and common denominators of the real-life and virtual behaviour of players in terms of goup roles.
